Scotch Manhattan
The Manhattan is one of whisky's great classics.
This version is technically a Rob Roy: a Manhattan made with Scotch whisky rather than rye. Monkey Shoulder brings a smoother profile, layered with sweet vermouth, bitters, orange zest and cherry.
The whisky brings mellow malt and soft spice, while the vermouth adds richness and the bitters keep everything in check.
Sophisticated, yes. Stuffy, never. A classic serve with a smoother side.
