Treehouse Win Tickets Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is run by William Grant & Sons Limited (the “Promoter”).
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over (proof of age may be requested); excluding employees of the Promoter, any of its parent or subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
3. Only one entry per person will be allowed and only one prize can be claimed per person. If the prize is for tickets to an event (e.g. music festival) the winner’s guest(s) must also be aged 18 or over (proof of age may be requested) and comply with these terms and conditions.
4. The prizes are as described on www.monkeyshoulder.com, in the Lucky 3 Club Newsletter, www.facebook.com/monkeyshoulder each month (the “Communications”) and are subject to availability.
5. No purchase is necessary for entry.  Winners will be chosen by the Promoter from all eligible entries received by the closing time and date for entries specified in the Communications. The winner will be sent a confirmation email within 7 days of the closing date of the relevant prize draw. The winner must respond to this email within 72 hours or an alternative winner will be chosen.
6. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to use entries from the prize draw for their own marketing or PR purposes, for example as future website content. The writer may or may not be acknowledged.
8. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request and including the name of the applicable draw to: William Grant & Sons Ltd, at 84 Lower Mortlake Road, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 2HS.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prize is not transferable.
10. If the prize is tickets to an event, travel to and from the event is not included (unless otherwise stated) and all tickets are for personal use only and cannot be sold under any circumstances. Sale or attempted sale is grounds for cancellation. If an event is cancelled, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value. If the event is postponed, ticket details for rearranged dates/venues will be supplied once arrangements have been confirmed by the event venue. The right to admission to an event is reserved by the Promoter and the event venue, and other terms and conditions for entry to an event may apply.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, or other documents related to the prize.
12. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This prize draw is governed by English law.
13. The Promoter will only use entrants’ personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on this website.
